There are 2 seasons for the house rental: high and low seasons. High season is for the most part the period when children are on school holidays and the rates for this season are more expensive. Note that the Easter period counts as High season. Rates are subject to change without notice & do include 13% local rental taxes

Normal rates are from £595/$1095 per week for off peak & upto £795/$1470 for peak times
